The Ohio Division of Cannabis Control (ODCC) has updated the daily purchase limits for Adult Use customers in accordance with Issue 2 regulations.

• Flower: Up to 2.5 ounces of plant material per calendar day

• All Other Products (edibles, vapes, concentrates, etc.): Up to 15,000 mg of total THC per calendar day

Additionally, each state-approved product is assigned a Daily Unit value based on product type, weight, and THC content. Adult Use customers may purchase up to 10 Daily Units per day. Medical Marijuana patients may purchase up to 45 Daily Units within any 45-day period.

If you are a Adult Use customer, don’t forget your government-issued ID; we need it to verify you are 21 or older before entering the dispensary floor.

If you are a medical patient, be prepared to present your Ohio medical marijuana card along with the associated ID. The same government-issued ID (Passport, Driver’s License, State Identification Card) used to register for an Ohio Medical Marijuana Card is required to enter the Dispensary Department. The address and the name must match the information in the State Registry.

Some discounts and promotional offers, such as Bulk Deals, are applied in-store at checkout rather than online. This means you may not see the discount reflected in your cart while shopping, but it will be adjusted by our team when you complete your purchase in-store.

No, we do not stack discounts. Only one discount or promotion can be applied per transaction.

Upon entering an Ohio dispensary, customers present identification. The check-in process varies between Adult Use and Medical customers per State regulations. Dispensaries adhere to strict security measures to ensure the safety of customers. This includes surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security personnel.

On the retail floor at Klutch, there is packaging of various cannabis brands on display which interact with digital menu kiosks. On the kiosks, you can conveniently browse all options as roaming staff provide guidance. Feel free to ask questions—they’re there to help. After you decide what you want, your order is prepared prior to checking out. Products are securely packaged, and each item has detailed labeling with relevant information. After making a purchase, customers exit through a designated door.

Ohio dispensaries must closely monitor who enters to prevent individuals under 21 from gaining access to the retail floor. You will be asked for your ID upon entry. Anyone over the age of 21 with a valid, government-issued ID may enter.

Yes! If you do not reside in Ohio, you can still purchase as an Adult Use customer who is 21 or older. You simply need to provide your valid, government-issued ID, such as your state-issued driver’s license.

Cannabis Products

Refunds will be accepted in cases where a product is defective, does not match the item stated on the purchase receipt, or has been mislabeled by the cultivator or processor. All refunds must be processed at the dispensary where the purchase was made and must be accompanied by the original packaging.

Apparel/Merchandise/Accessories

We are happy to accept apparel, and merchandise returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is new, unworn, and unused. All returns must be made at the same Klutch Cannabis location where the item was purchased, and a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item does not meet our standards. For accessories from third-party brands that include a manufacturer’s warranty, returns and exchanges must be handled directly through the brand in accordance with their warranty policy. If you need assistance with this process, our team will be happy to guide you in the right direction.

Ohio dispensaries are only required to track purchases and retain ID information for registered Ohio Medical Marijuana Patients.

There are no State systems tracking Adult Use purchases, however basic demographic information is kept on file for communication and ordering.

To preorder online, access our menu and choose the location where you want to purchase, make your selections, and follow the prompts to finalize your order.
