More Rewards, More Klutch
The All-New Klutch Rewards program has been launched! Klutch is excited to announce new ways to earn rewards. We have 3 tiers based on annual spending that can earn you points as well as different perks.
3 Rewards Tiers
1) Member
Annual Spend: $0–$1,000. Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent in the Member tier, redeemable for non-cannabis gear and accessories (for example, $200 spent = 200 points). Perks include a 500-point ($10) birthday bonus redeemable during your birthday month, a free Klutch merch gift with app download, and exclusive news and content such as early notifications about select product drops, major promotions, and store events. Members also receive 500 points ($10) for referring a friend (the friend must be a new customer; bonus awarded after their first purchase) and 250 points ($5) for leaving a Google review (show your budtender after posting). Points expire 365 days from the date they are awarded.
2) Premier
Annual Spend: $1,000–$5,000. Members earn 2 points for every $1 spent in the Premier tier, redeemable for cannabis gear and accessories (for example, $250 spent = 500 points). Perks include all benefits from the Member tier, plus an exclusive Klutch VIP merch item (such as a T-shirt, hat, or tumbler) and early access to all new Klutch product drops. Points expire 365 days from the date they are awarded.
3) Elite
Annual Spend: $5,000+. Members earn 3.5 points for every $1 spent in the Elite tier, redeemable for non-cannabis gear and accessories (for example, $250 spent = 875 points). Perks include all benefits from the Member and Premier tiers, plus $100 toward Klutch-branded merchandise and accessories (limit one transaction). Elite members also receive Klutch concierge service with direct access to dedicated budtender support (an email from el***@************is.com will provide details), express checkout (priority behind medical patients), preorder holds on new product drops with 24-hour holds on orders (customer must call or email to place a preorder hold), overnight order holds by contacting the local store, and early access to all new Klutch product drops. Points expire 365 days from the date they are awarded.
Free Gift
Download the Klutch Cannabis app using the Rewards Homepage link HERE, then open the app and log in with your existing account details or complete your setup. Once logged in, tap the three bars in the top-left corner to open the menu and select Profile. Scroll down to Communication Settings and toggle Push Notifications on. After enabling notifications, your free gift will appear under the Rewards section on the app homepage.
Refer-A-Friend
Receive 500 points ($10) for referring a friend (the friend must be a new customer, and bonus points are awarded after their first purchase). You can refer up to 10 friends. To refer, download the Klutch Cannabis app and log in with your existing account or complete your setup. Once logged in, tap the three bars in the top-left corner to open the menu and select Share This App. Copy your Refer-A-Friend link or have your friend scan the QR code, then send it to them. When your friend makes their first purchase, you’ll receive 500 rewards points.
