Concentrates
Often referred to as “resin” or “BHO,” hydrocarbon-extracted concentrates are created via the use of butane and other hydrocarbon-based solvents. After extraction is complete, our team of extraction artists applies a variety of techniques to purge any remaining solvents, leaving a clean, ultrapure, extremely flavorful, and solvent free concentrate.
The flexibility of hydrocarbon extraction means that all the flavor and potency of Klutch flower can be captured in a variety of consistencies including Live Resin Badders, Live Diamonds and Sauce, Live Resins, and of course, Live Resin cartridges and pods. The use of hand-selected, fresh frozen flower as a starting material allows us to capture the purest essence of our strains in the products we make.
Live Resin
Badder
One of our best-selling concentrates, Live Resin Badder is made by first extracting cannabinoids and terpenes from hand-selected fresh frozen flower from our garden. After extraction is complete, the concentrate is whipped to a creamy consistency that is similar to cake frosting, cake batter, or peanut butter. Live Resin Badder is usually bright blond in color, bursting with flavor, easy to handle, and ultra-smooth, making it a go-to for most concentrate lovers.

Diamonds + Sauce
Perhaps the most interesting and photogenic of all hydrocarbon-extracted concentrates, Live Diamonds and Sauce consist of large THCa “diamonds” suspended in a sticky, amber, terpene-rich “sauce” that is almost sap-like. Starting with only the best fresh frozen flower from our garden means that these concentrates are packed with both potency and flavor. However, the natural separation of THCa diamonds from sauce allows users to experiment and ensure that each dose meets their needs.
Live
Resin
Sometimes used as an umbrella term to describe hydrocarbon-extracted concentrates that are made from fresh frozen plant material, the consistency of our Live Resin lands somewhere between our badder and our diamonds and sauce. Typically, these products have a thicker consistency than our badders and may also contain smaller THCa diamonds. The use of fresh frozen plant material means these products are packed with flavor.
Solventless
Concentrates
After a brief hiatus while newer tech stormed the industry, solventless concentrates are experiencing a renaissance in popularity as the industry returns to its roots on the hunt for hand-crafted products that are naturally solvent-free and as close to the plant as possible. We produce our Live Rosin by first bathing premium fresh frozen flower in an ice water bath, where cold temperatures and agitation cause cannabinoid and flavor-rich trichomes to snap and sink.
Different micron-specific sieves are used to collect the resulting material, called Ice Hash or Bubble Hash. From there, time, temperature, and pressure can be used to create several different consistencies including Cold Cure Live Hash Rosin and Live Hash Rosin Jam. While this process is labor intensive and arguably not as versatile as solvent-based extraction methods, the resulting concentrates are truly special, embodying the best qualities of the starting material in an evolving tradition that is probably as old as cannabis consumption itself.
Cold Cure
Live Hash Rosin
Another one of our best-selling concentrates, Cold Cure Live Hash Rosin is made by pressing a micron-specific preparation of Live Ice Hash into a sap-like consistency, curing the resulting material for an extended period, and whipping it to the desired consistency. The resulting concentrate is usually milky white to blond in color and can range in appearance and consistency from a soft, flakey crumble that can often be shaped and formed with fingers or tools to a wet badder. As far as concentrates go, this is about as close to the plant as it gets.
Live Hash
Rosin Jam
Like our Cold Cure Live Hash Rosin, our Live Hash Rosin Jam is first made by pressing a micron-specific preparation of Live Ice Hash into a sap-like consistency. However, a different curing technique is employed at this stage to transform the consistency of the concentrate into something more resembling a partially translucent jam or live resin. The curing process renders a true-to-plant flavor profile but may also bring out or accentuate some of the more unique characteristics of the starting material. The resulting concentrate is smooth, easy to handle, and packed with flavor.
